Welcome back! This is fifth sequel about social media I am using form my business. This is the last part and here I would like to outline what I like and what I don’t like about them. Conclusion is it in my opinion worth to invest time and money.

In previous 3 blogs I was talking about Instagram, Facebook and You Tube. Those three are good and popular platforms with numerous possibilities to grow, reach people and make a profit.




If you don't use social media platforms where your target market is - you don't exist, that’s good side of social media because it is not that hard to find out where your potential customers are. Social media helps so people can her about you and your business, what's even more important is they help in making a brand and building a society.

Traffic on social media can be quite overwhelming because today no one can afford not to be present on them. Especially for small and new businesses who are just starting to take their place in digital world. The other great thing about social media is you can quickly deliver information worldwide.


Negative side of social media is Increased customer power. "The customers are always quick to post negative experiences and their dissatisfaction towards a particular company without considering the possible impact that it would create to the business. It thus makes it difficult to take control once such negative publicity has reached out to the masses." (Bhasin, 2020)

Conclusion:

There is no better place to share information about your job. Social media platforms are everywhere around us; people are constantly on internet via mobile phone and they want entertaining, informative and quality content.

Social media platforms are showing excellent results when dealing with an expert specializing in digital and social media marketing.


Present yourself as an authority in your industry and impose yourself as an expert in the business you are doing.


If you think that you can publish anything without plan, strategy, understanding of the market and the audience and that you will see results, you are very wrong.

With quality content and engaging on social media platforms it is possible to have better results than someone who has their account long before you. from replaying to questions in comments or direct messages.

Hard work always pays off. We are learning new things every day; we will make mistakes but don’t give up.
